INSTRUCTIONS
Place a small amount in your hands, gently rub together to form a luscious foam. Apply to your hair starting at the roots and working your way though to the ends. Rinse and repeat. Can take up to five minutes to achieve tone. Follow with Blonde Toning Conditioner. Enjoy!
